The Rain came this morning pounding on my window side, lighting that flashed across the sky, and the thunder that spoke loud and clear.. I was fearful of Gods Mighty Awesome Power!’… time to get up and get the day started…Oh well…as I strength my hands upward in praise to God.
Yes, It rained 5:30 a.m. and dumped buckets of rain water on the city of Detroit…Now keep in mind were are extremely Blessed just thinking about the people in Acapulco; where 68 people were reported missing following; Monday slide cause by Tropical Storm Manuel washed out bridges and collapsed highways, cutting Acapulco of and stranding thousand of tourists.
Colorado, 1,100 of people on missing now accounted for, but 200 miles of State Highways and at least 50 bridges were damaged or destroyed.
Or, it could be as it was in the Bible where it rain for forty days and forty and forty nights…so you see were Blessed to have just enough.
As I laid in that bed thinking that it was a little early for me to be getting up…so, “what the heck”?
Usually I’m up 6:00 a.m. sometimes it’s 7:00 a.m. usually I’m up without an alarm clock, but today not only Grace and Mercy but the voice of God getting my attention and to The World…by saying “Get Up” and listen to The Rain.
